Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. The International Gender Studies Centre at Lady Margaret Hall (IGS at LMH) convenes weekly research seminars during the academic year, usually with a specific theme for each term to an audience of faculty, students and interested participants. True to the feminist spirit of the founding members of the Centre, these seminars are characterized by lively, critical and constructive exchanges on the intersection of gender with other kinds of contingent trans/local inequalities. Many of our seminar series have become published volumes. The seminars are open to the public.
