On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

All are welcome to join us for the annual Heron-Allen Lecture at LMH, supported by WildCRU.
This year, Professor Jonathan Baillie will speak on “The Journey to 30 by 30”, charting the journey from today’s biodiversity crisis to the aspiration of 30% of the world’s natural habitats being protected by 2030.
Professor Baillie is a former Director of Conservation Programmes at the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), former Executive Vice President and Chief Scientist at the National Geographic Society in Washington DC and he is currently President and Chair of Natural State, which works with local communities, industry, government and conservation leaders to help protect, restore and rewild large landscapes.
