A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. This two-day EBHC Leadership School will focus on an explanation and understanding of Leadership and how that is expressed in healthcare environments. During the two days, the training will also unwrap areas such as leadership values, ethics, and change as we seek answers to how healthcare Leaders will emerge and evolve to adapt to a very different post-COVID-19 environment.
The learning objectives for the workshop will include:
An introduction to key components of leadership and how it can be applied in their own settings
The key elements needed to build and maintain successful teams
The “real-world” skills to challenge and implement leadership strategy in healthcare settings
