On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

We are proposing holding a launch meeting on Wednesday, 5th October 2 – 4 at St Luke’s Chapel, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter. We attach a flier with further details. As well as having existing UKTMN members attend, we would like to attract trial managers who are not yet aware of UKTMN so that they can come along and find out more. They can apply for UKTMN membership (free of charge until 31st August by going to www.tmn.ac.uk).
We would like a representative from each trials unit/trials group to give a two minute presentation on the work of their group. We’ve attached slides giving the expected format of the presentation. Would you be willing to give a presentation for your unit or could you nominate someone in your unit who could? Preferably, we’d like to have the names of nominees/volunteers by 10th September.
