A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Holger will discuss strategies for quantitative bottom up proteomics analysis of complex biological samples. Different approaches to data
acquisition, including Data Dependent Acquisition (DDA), Data Independent Acquisition (DIA) and targeted proteomics analysis will be
highlighted. With a focus on the DDA based analysis technique, label free and isotopic labelling approaches will be discussed. A particular
focus will be placed on experimental design, handling of large data sets, data visualisation and statistical data analysis.
