Medieval historian Dr Stephen Mossman (Manchester) is presenting the diverse devotional culture of late medieval Strasbourg from the perspective of its surviving manuscripts and libraries: What was read, copied and discussed between the Charterhouse, the religious lay communities and the townspeople? How did this manifest itself in the art, architecture and ceremonies?
