A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. How can research students and research staff get the most out of a virtual careers fair? If you’re considering careers beyond academia but you haven’t previously attended an online careers fair, this session will help you to prepare effectively. Following a brief overview of the practicalities of meeting employers on our fair platform, Graduateland, we will look at how to make the most of this term’s online fairs to engage with companies of interest to you, with a focus on how to present the skills gained through your research training to non-academic employers.
