Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
How can research students and research staff get the most out of a virtual careers fair? If you’re considering careers beyond academia but you haven’t previously attended an online careers fair, this session will help you to prepare effectively. Following a brief overview of the practicalities of meeting employers on our fair platform, Graduateland, we will look at how to make the most of this term’s online fairs to engage with companies of interest to you, with a focus on how to present the skills gained through your research training to non-academic employers.
