OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
As part of the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences’ Oxford Institute of Digital Health lecture series, our guest speaker, Dr Waheed Arian, will give a presentation entitled ‘In The Wars: Saving Lives and Changing Futures Using our Collective Compassion and Digital Health Innovation’. The event will take place on Monday 27 November at 5pm – 6pm at the Blavatnik School of Government, Lecture Theatre 1. All are welcome. The event is free but as tickets are limited you must book a place, using the sign up link, if you would like to attend. The Blavatnik is fully accessible with step-free access throughout. There are also hearing induction loops to help those with hearing aids. www.phc.ox.ac.uk/events/guest-speaker-dr-waheed-arian
