On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Come hear about T.R.E.V.E.‘s research on Europe’s transition towards green energy.
T.R.E.V.E. is a European scale survey about the integration and acceptance of renewable electricity production and storage systems, carried out by three students from Paris’ École normale supérieure.
As the pressure to transition to green energy becomes greater and greater, it becomes increasingly important that Europe paves the way. Yet Europe is fragmented, with supposedly unbridgeable gaps between institutional frameworks and political parties and, most obviously, split public opinion in regards to the EU.
T.R.E.V.E.‘s study aims to see whether it is possible to overcome these differences and creaste a unified framework for ensuring Europe’s energy transition.
