On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

The Impact Forum is a space to share best practice, the challenges, and the joys of impact work. An inclusive community of practice, it is open to anyone in Social Sciences who feels impact is relevant to their job, be they research or support staff.
Our theme for this meeting will be Creative Approaches to Impact, which will kick off with a guest speaker from Newcastle University’s IAA Manager, Dr Eve Forrest, who will lead a conversation about creativity in social sciences, in routes to impact and creatively engaging with partners.
As well as allowing plenty of time for discussion of your experiences, and any questions you have, we’ll put aside some time to find out what you would like from forthcoming Forums and any suggestions you have for future themes.
Please RSVP by Friday 20th March.
