During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. Laurence Whitehead is a Senior Research Fellow at Nuffield College, (in the field of Comparative Politics) and a longstanding contributor to teaching at the Latin American Centre on such topics as the Democratization of Latin America; the International Relations of the region, and the Comparative Revolutions paper (Bolivia, Cuba, Mexico). His most recent relevant book is Latin America: A new Interpretation (Palgrave, second edition 2009)
