OxTalks Change Freeze Starts 2 March

Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. Once Oxford Events launches, you will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.

There is no need to register if you are a member of the Centre for Human Genetics. For anyone from a different unit who would like to attend in person please email isabel.schmidt@well.ox.ac.uk at least 2 days in advance stating who you are and your affiliation. You will need to bring your University card to show at reception and sign in and out of the building. If you would like to join the talks online there is no need to register.
