We are initiating a new series of SSD EDI Research Spotlight events to showcase the contribution of DPhil students in the Social Sciences Division to the broad field of scholarship on equality and diversity. The aim of EDI Research Spotlight events is to highlight that EDI is not just a matter of management of people and organisations, but also an intellectual challenge and a thriving academic field in which SSD researchers play a leading role within the University and beyond.
