Q&A with Peter Jackson on his new film: ‘They Shall Not Grow Old’

We are delighted to announce that Oscar-winning film director Peter Jackson has agreed to come to the Blavatnik School of Government to talk about his new film ‘They Shall Not Grow Old’ – an extraordinary experiment in film-making which creates direct empathy with soldiers in the first world war, exploring the reality of the front line using only the voices of those involved.

We are always keen to involve other parts of the University in the life of the Blavatnik School, and thought that this event would be of particular interest to you.

The Q&A with Peter Jackson will be on Tuesday 12 February at 17:30 at the Blavatnik School (entrance on Walton Street).

The Q&A will assume that audience members have already watched the film: you can watch it in advance on BBC iPlayer.

This event is free and open to all. To attend, please register on the Blavatnik School of Government website.
