OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

10.00-11.00 On-site talk and demonstration by Prof Yadvinder Malhi, of the Oxford University Environmental Change Institute, talking and answering questions at his experimental sites in Wytham Woods. 11.15-12.30 At the Wytham Chalet: Discussion of ways of writing on climate change research, with Sarah Watkinson and Romola Parish. Tea and coffee available. 12.30-1.00 Lunch break. Please bring a picnic lunch. Tea and coffee available. 1.15-3.00. Writing workshop at the Chalet with Romola and Sarah. Participants are welcome to submit their best poems by 30th September for publication on the Wytham Woods website.Some walking over uneven ground will be necessary. Please wear suitable footwear and outdoor clothing.
