A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Christoffer’s research focuses on using mathematical models to study brain diseases.He uses tools from dynamical systems theory, network science, and Bayesian inference to understand the progression of disease and its impact on brain function.This includes modeling the spreading of toxic proteins throughout the brain in Alzheimer’s disease, modeling the impact of brain tumors on neuronal firing, and investigating the roots of regional vulnerability in Parkinson’s disease.
