Annoushka Ducas MBE is the founder of Links of London jewellery brand, as well as founder and creative director of her eponymous jewellery brand Annoushka.

Annoushka grew up in London and studied at the Sorbonne in Paris after which she embarked on the first of many extensive world travels, stopping to spend time in Hong Kong where she first began to design jewellery. In 1990, together with her husband, luxury entrepreneur John Ayton, Annoushka co-founded Links of London – a global luxury jewellery brand with sales of over £50m. In July 2006, they sold the company to Folli Follie SA and in October 2007 Annoushka left the company.

In July 2009, she launched the brand Annoushka which has subsequently attracted an enviable celebrity client list. Annoushka was awarded The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2013 by Queen Elizabeth II for her service to the British jewellery industry. Other awards include: Jewellery Designer of the Year, Gift Designer of the Year, Brand of the Year (twice) and she was also short-listed for the Veuve Cliquot Businesswoman of the Year.
