This online workshop has been designed for women* academic staff, professional services staff and staff working with University of Oxford spin-out companies.
We welcome those considering their first board role or seeking to add a new non-executive director (NED) or trustee role to their portfolio. Participants will learn what it takes to be a director and strategies for including board work in their career.
The workshop is practical, strategic, and interactive. IDEA is hosting this workshop with Women on Boards, a network of 30,000 women, and some men, who are starting and shaping their board careers. The network includes those with all levels of board experience, across all sectors and professional disciplines.
