A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Are you wanting to apply for job roles beyond academic research? Creating a strong CV and Cover letter is vital to unlocking the next stage of the job application process. However, there can be many differences in the format and content of application materials focused towards a role beyond academia compared to one for university research positions.
This presentation will share the building blocks of creating effective CVs and Cover Letters, including how to best translate our research and wider experience into language employers want to see.
