A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Dean Winslow is Professor of Medicine and Paediatrics at Stanford, and a retired United States Air Force colonel. He is currently on sabbatical at Oxford from 2024-25. He was Lead Physician for the US Antarctic Program of the National Science Foundation 2019-2020 based at McMurdo Station, Antarctica.
Julie Parsonnet is the George DeForest Barnett Professor of Medicine and Professor of Epidemiology and Population Health at Stanford. She is also a physician and served with Dr. Winslow at McMurdo Station, Antarctica.
