Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
Pinar Ozcan, Professor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Saïd Business School will be in conversation with Linda Rottenberg, CEO of Endeavour, a global network that links and nurtures high level ‘impact entrepreneurs’.
‘High-impact entrepreneurs’ are people who launch and grow companies that have above average impacts on job creation, wealth creation, and societal impacts in their communities and improve standards of living.
Pinar and Linda will discuss in detail the evolution of high impact entrepreneurship and why this investment sector is more important than ever, as the world begins to emerge from the pandemic. Linda will also chat about the history of Endeavour and will cite some of her favourite examples from the start ups that Endeavour has invested in over the years.
