Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. Our main objective is to achieve early cancer detection by identifying those people at highest risk through biomarkers. We are also exploring the potential of immunotherapies for early-stage cancers, which could be a game changer in stopping the disease from progressing. Our focus is on three conditions that increase cancer risk: Barrett’s oesophagus, primary sclerosing cholangitis, and precursors to blood cancers such as MGUS and MBL.
