OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected to start before the end of Hilary Term to allow all future events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed on the Staff Gateway and via email to identified OxTalks users.

This event is particularly for scientists who are interested in how they can use their science within the pharma/biotech industry.
We have several guest scientists from Adaptimmune (local biotech company) who will be speaking about what it’s like to work in research roles and also roles outside the lab where there is scope to apply their scientific knowledge away from the bench.
There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
