Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. We’re delighted to present a public lecture by Ditte Juul Jørgensen, Director-General for Energy at the European Commission, addressing the evolving challenges of energy security and geopolitics in Europe, and how global developments are reshaping energy systems and policy priorities. Beyond the status quo, the Director General will also share insights on strategic pathways ahead for ensuring secure, resilient, and sustainable energy supplies in an increasingly complex geopolitical landscape. The lecture will be followed by a 45-minute Q & A session.
