Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
Women’s health has long been a core priority for The Lancet. In this presentation, Sonia will outline the journal’s broad mission and provide an overview of its editorial processes. She will also discuss how she aims to use The Lancet as a platform to advance advocacy in women’s health – emphasising the need for increased investment, policy reform, and effective implementation of clinical guidelines.
Additionally, Sonia looks forward to engaging with researchers at the Nuffield Department of Women’s & Reproductive Health to learn more about their ongoing work in this vital field.
