Last year the NHS published the Interim People Plan, with the bold aspiration to make the NHS ‘The Best Place to Work’, improve the leadership culture and close the staffing gap which the NHS faces.
This session will set out the key themes of the People Plan as a basis for discussion about what it will take, whether these are still the right things to focus on in a post-COVID world and what we can each do to contribute to making it a reality.
