On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

This event is part of the ANTITHESES Wellcome Discovery Platform.
The Ethox Centre, in collaboration with Oxford Ethics and Humanities and the Oxford Centre for the History of Science, Medicine, and Technology, invite you to the inaugural workshop of the “What about Exclusion?” series. This event aims to delve into the multifaceted nature of exclusion within academia and the arts.
This workshop marks the first in a series of events “What about Exclusion?” designed to explore the nature of exclusion and associated problems. It stems from a successful series of workshops in Oxford on the theme of “Virus of Hate,” involving a collaboration between artist Grzegorz Kwiatkowski and scholars based in Oxford and other universities. In this first workshop, focusing on the arts and academic life, participants will speak about their own experiences of exclusion and/or aspects of exclusion in their own fields, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A.
