A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Dr Özgün Ünver is a certified life, stress, and burnout coach, and will discuss energy management and burnout prevention in this interactive session with concrete tips. Her PhD is in Social Policy, and she has a strong interest in psychosocial wellbeing in the workplace. Dr Ünver is passionate about normalising mental health-related conversations, and works closely with academics on wellbeing, mindset, and burnout prevention/recovery.
