The use of Behavioural Science Models to shift diets for Health and Climate

The use of behavioural science models, or ‘nudges’ have been widely recognised as necessary in achieving dietary change for health and climate. This talk will explore consumer drivers and barriers to the adoption of health- and climate-friendly diets, including factors such as pricing, health concerns and prior behaviour. We will explore how we can identify consumer segments and finally we discuss interventions that can be deployed to encourage consumer adoption of non-meat products.
