A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Lisa Robertson is the author of many works of poetry, fiction, and essays. Her books include Cinema of the Present,
Debbie: An Epic (nominated for the Governor General’s Award in Canada), The Men, The Weather, R’s Boat and
Occasional Works and Seven Walks from the Office for Soft Architecture. Lisa Robertson’s Magenta Soul Whip was
named one of The New York Times 100 Notable Books of 2010, and was longlisted for the 2011 Warwick Prize for
Writing. Her recent works include Boat, the novel The Baudelaire Fractal, and Anemones: A Simone Weil Project. She
currently lives in France.
