During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. Chief of Strategic Planning in the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA), John has previously served as head of the Butembo field office in the UN Emergency Ebola Response Office in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and with other peacekeeping, political and humanitarian assessment missions in Jordan, Lebanon, Somalia, and Sudan.
