On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Co-hosted by the Oxford Centre for Global History and the Oxford Centre for the History of Science, Medicine, and Technology
This workshop will bring together historians from across the Humanities and GLAM who share an interest in the global history of material culture. We approach “global history” broadly, and the workshop is dedicated to showcasing the great diversity of research we do and to share our approaches to material culture. We hope to facilitate connections and conversations across historical periods, geographic locations, and methods, and think more about future collaborations and activities.
