A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Dr. Peng He is a postdoctoral researcher at the European Bioinformatics Institute jointly supervised by Dr. John Marioni and Dr. Sarah Teichmann. Dr. He holds a BSc in Statistics and Biochemistry from the University of Hong Kong, and a Ph.D. in genetics from California Institute of Technology. Dr. He worked in mouse organogenesis and high-throughput sequencing data analysis as part of the ENCODE project for his thesis. His current research projects focus on human developmental processes of the embryonic limb and the fetal lung using single-cell and spatial methods.
