OxTalks will soon be transitioning to Oxford Events (full details are available on the Staff Gateway). A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. Do I? When do I..? How do I..? Disclosing a disability, health condition and/or neurodifference to a recruiter is a frequently-asked question at the Careers Service. In this session we will hear from a recruiter offering advice about how to approach the topic with an employer and information about some of the adjustments employers can make to support candidates throughout the application and assessment process.
There will also be the opportunity to ask lots of questions and share resources with other participants.
