Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. From now until the launch of Oxford Events, new events cannot be published or edited on OxTalks while all existing records are migrated to the new platform. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period.
From 16th, Oxford Events will launch on a new website: events.ox.ac.uk, and event submissions will resume. You will need a Halo login to submit events. Full details are available on the Staff Gateway.
IT Services are running two roadshows in February to tell people in the wider University more about what we do and what we offer, and to gather feedback on our services and other work.
The roadshows will offer a mini-help desk and have leaflets, freebies and contact sheets available. There will also be a prize-draw to win an Amazon Echo Dot.
The roadshows are taking place at the following locations:
· Cairns Library, John Radcliffe Hospital, Headington, OX3 9DU, 21st February*
· Conference room 5, University Offices, Wellington Square, OX1 2JD, 28th February.
IT Services ran two successful roadshows in November at the Mathematical Institute and the Manor Road Building.
