Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. This session will focus on how to boost your CV and write compelling cover letters when applying for jobs in the heritage sector. It will provide top tips for how to build your practical experience and how to articulate the transferable skills gained through your studies at Oxford. It will also highlight common pitfalls and errors in applications and how to interrogate job descriptions to ask what, exactly, employers want.
