On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Thinking beyond publications can be a hugely valuable mindset for researchers, both for diversifying the impact of research, and for generating employability skills and experience that employers beyond academia value highly.
From freelance consulting and innovation to public engagement and policy influence, this session will explore the opportunities available within Oxford (and beyond) to deliver impact alongside your research, and use this experience to support your career transition.
This session will focus on applications for positions beyond academia only.
This event is part of Careers Beyond Academia: Options and Pathways for Researchers, our careers conference for Oxford University research staff and DPhil students, 20-23 March 2023.
