A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed as soon as possible.

This session will introduce key finding aids and get you started with the research skills needed to make the most of these resources.You will have an opportunity in the session to handle some actual examples.
Subjects to be covered include: Identifying relevant material in Oxford and elsewhere; Considerations when working with archival material; Types of archives and modern papers; How to find out more.
Intended Audience: Students, researchers and other Bodleian Libraries’ readers considering using modern papers and archives in social science or historical research.
