OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
The Centre for Manuscript and Text Cultures (CMTC) is an inter- and cross-disciplinary research centre for the study of material text cultures and their written artefacts. CMTC builds on, and substantially expands—both methodologically and in scope—the activities of the Workshop for Manuscript and Text Cultures (WMTC), which has been running successfully since 2012.
The Centre has a regular programme of research seminars and lunchtime colloquia, with three meetings each term held at The Queen’s College.

Most of our research talks are recorded and uploaded to our YouTube channel CMTC Media: www.youtube.com/channel/UCNAJFkc6gzBVgseJ_IRrpLw. If you like CMTC Media please subscribe to the channel and turn on notifications to receive regular updates on the new content available.
Registration is required – see individual events for the registration link.
Links to join online meetings will be sent to participants, by email, by 10:00 (UK time) on the day of the talk.
