Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. OCLW’s new programme will host regular ‘Literary Seminars’ during Michaelmas, Hilary, and Trinity terms, inviting speakers to explore and research Jewish women’s voices as part of social and cultural history. This exciting venture is the first at any academic institution in the UK, and possibly abroad. It is open to all — academics and the general public alike.
