Oxford Events, the new replacement for OxTalks, will launch on 16th March. The two-week OxTalks freeze period starts on Monday 2nd March. During this time, there will be no facility to publish or edit events. The existing OxTalks site will remain available to view during this period. The Social Life of Work seminar series: Towards a critical understanding of the changing dynamics of work in the global South
This seminar series is intended to analyse and theorise the organisation and experience of work, and the production of social relationships, cultural identities and political subjectivities through work. A key aim of the series is to develop and sustain a network of academics researching work, particularly doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers, and to provide a forum to debate and discuss the social life of work.
