A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The Linacre Lectures are a high-profile public lecture series centred around issues of environment and couched in an ethos of cross-disciplinary research. Linacre College, which was itself founded in the spirit of interdisciplinarity and which continues to be a vanguard in the movement to ‘green’ Oxford, has hosted this annual event since 1991. Year on year, leading academics from around the world are invited to tackle questions on current and pressing environmental concerns and share insights drawn from latest research.
