OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.
If staff have any questions about the Oxford Events launch, please contact halo@digital.ox.ac.uk
The Big Data Institute are pleased to welcome the MRC Integrative Epidemiological Unit (MRC IEU) at the University of Bristol to Oxford for our first joint workshop in Health Data Science. The event seeks to provide an opportunity for sharing of research findings and identifying mutual interests that could lead to further collaboration. As part of this workshop, we have invited four early career researchers to give four short talks about their research at the MRC IEU.
We invite members of the University to register to attend and show support for this initiative.
These talks will be for an in-person audience only and will not be recorded.
