On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Join the Centre for Teaching and Learning at their online sessions to ask questions and hear some quick, practical solutions to help you prepare for teaching this year.
The sessions are aimed at all staff involved in teaching, including tutors and course editors and administrators and will be held on Wednesday 21 September (10.30-11.30am) and Thursday 6 October (2-3pm).
Moderated by digital education and education development specialists from the Centre, sessions will follow a flexible format guided by participants, and could include – How to use Canvas to streamline communications with students – How to use polling to make classroom sessions more interactive – How to easily fix accessibility errors identified by the Blackboard Ally plugin – How to integrate Teams and Canvas – How to set up file sharing with students
