On 28th November OxTalks will move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events' (full details are available on the Staff Gateway).
There will be an OxTalks freeze beginning on Friday 14th November. This means you will need to publish any of your known events to OxTalks by then as there will be no facility to publish or edit events in that fortnight. During the freeze, all events will be migrated to the new Oxford Events site. It will still be possible to view events on OxTalks during this time.

Dr Gurman Kaur is the Head of Cell therapies in Oxford for NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) and a Honorary research fellow at the University of Oxford.
In this talk she gives us an introduction to Cellular and Molecular Therapies (CMT) that are currently offered or under development at NHSBT. She is interested in building on collaborative research and translational projects with a view to improve our understanding of disease and being involved in development of innovative therapies centred around patient-focussed care. Gurman is also a research associate at St Catherine’s College Oxford and a Visiting Research Fellow at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard.
