A two-week publishing freeze is expected in early Hilary to allow all events to be migrated to the new platform. During this period, you will not be able to submit or edit events on OxTalks. The exact freeze dates will be confirmed as soon as possible.

Anton Barbashin is a visiting researcher for ECFR’s European Security Programme and a co-founder and editorial director at Riddle Russia. Prior to his work on Riddle Russia, Anton was a co-founder and managing editor of Warsaw-based Russia-focused analytical outlet Intersection Project and between 2014 and 2018 he was an analyst with the Center for Polish-Russian Dialogue and Understanding.
Since 2023, Barbashin has been a senior member of University Consortium. He was a non-resident research fellow at the Atlantic Council from 2019 to 2021 and was a visiting expert at the Kennan Institute, Wilson Center in 2017. He is currently a post-graduate researcher at the University of Glasgow.
