Anneli Lofstedt: Has reformulation of food products in the UK supported or hindered progress towards environmental and nutrition targets (corporate, UK, or otherwise)?
Shruti Jain: What are the environmental impacts of >600k food products available at retail store? How do these impacts vary across countries, based on likely supply chains, and based on differences in the types of food sold between countries?
Stephanie Walton: How might transitions to healthy and sustainable diets result in stranded assets in the US beef and cattle sectors, and how might these stranded assets affect the decisions of firms, financial institutions, and investors?
