OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

The Centre Roland Mousnier (Sorbonne University, CNRS) and the Maison française d’Oxford (CNRS, MEAE, Oxford University) are organising a series of three doctoral workshops over the second half of 2022-2023 on the topic ‘Elites in the first French colonial empire (16th-19th centuries)’.
The first workshop will be held online on Monday 6 March 2023.
