This presentation summarises the findings of a state-of-the-art review of the literature on social care for older people in the UK, paying particular attention to home-based and community care. The presentation poses three questions: * What and where are the gaps in provision? * What is being done to meet these gaps? * What should the future policy and research agenda prioritise?
The presentation will be followed by an open discussion.
