OxTalks will soon move to the new Halo platform and will become 'Oxford Events.' There will be a need for an OxTalks freeze. This was previously planned for Friday 14th November – a new date will be shared as soon as it is available (full details will be available on the Staff Gateway).
In the meantime, the OxTalks site will remain active and events will continue to be published.

During this online session we will share strategies for starting to explore new career pathways. From tools for understanding your personal interests and strengths, to identifying attractive sectors and understanding what job roles really involve, we will cover top tips for shaping your job search.
This session will focus on applications for positions beyond academia only.
Session objectives:
Provide an understanding of your motivations for making your decision to move
Share tools for identifying your skills, strengths, and personal work preferences and boundaries
Explore methods for investigating new employment sectors that interest you, and utilise tools for investigating job possibilities in a structured and detailed way
